The blog is live! 🙌
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while, so it’s nice to finally have it up!
Some of the pieces are from from my newsletter, so if you already read that, you might recognise a few things, but now they’re all in one place on.
All things yoga things, teaching thoughts, updates and the odd terrible joke along the way
if you fancy a read, link for my website in my bio or to subscribe and stay up to date!

Sorry for blocking the sun 🤭
I know that’s what you really came for
A gentle reminder in Trikonasana (triangle pose). The ground is not the goal, it’s to open your chest! Here’s your invitation to lift your hand up to give your chest a bit more space 🧘♂️
Want to try it in class? Link in bio with my schedule in Dublin & online!

Some really lovely reviews from the past week or so for Flow classes, thank you so much to everyone who took the time to share feedback 💛
It honestly means a lot to know people enjoy the classes and found options that suited their needs that day!
I’ve popped a few of them here if you’d like to have a look!
I am always open to feedback or to chat about a class, at the end of the day, its your class, not mine, and I’m just here to support you through the flow!
Trying out warrior 2, reverse warrior and extended side angle!
So lovely to have and join me on the mat and having some fun trying out a few yoga poses! It was an absolute joy going through them with you!

Waves, wind, and wheel
A strong chest and shoulder opener, and a good reminder to keep coming back to the breath
How does wheel feel for you?
What is q***r yoga!
It’s just yoga
No unicorn pose, no rainbow salutations
Just a welcoming space for you to come to the mat, breathe, move and connect for all q***r people

Out And About asked me to come out on Saturday to teach a yoga session with some beautiful views in the background before their sauna and cold plunge!
We had a great time! I made sure to add balancing poses to strengthen all the small muscles around the ankles which is great to prevent injury while hiking!
Thank you for inviting me out 🫶🫶

You might be surprised to hear this but being “advanced” at yoga isnt about going into more physically challenging poses.
It’s knowing your limits, being aware of what you need in this current moment and respecting that. Yoga is not a performance.
I was so nervous joining my first yoga class, I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do what the teacher said, if I could do it well enough.
And that’s why I’m talking about this, in the hope that you might feel a little bit less nervous coming on the mat because yoga is for every body, regardless of how you look, who you are you what you can do!
