There are very few treatments that genuinely make me excited to see my clients come back for their review…
Microneedling with Exosomes is one of them.
After 17 years treating skin, I’ve learned that trends come and go. But treatments that help your skin function better? They’re the ones that last.
What I love about this treatment is that it’s not about chasing perfection.
It’s about helping your skin repair itself, produce healthier collagen and regain that fresh, healthy look that so many of us lose over time.
Whether your concern is pigmentation, acne scarring, fine lines, enlarged pores or simply wanting stronger, healthier skin, this treatment works with your skin—not against it.
That’s why I decided to bring it to SkinGlow Clinic.
Every treatment starts with a consultation because no two skins are the same, and I’d much rather tell you if it’s not the right treatment than sell you something you don’t need.
I’d love to know…
👉 If you could improve one thing about your skin, what would it be?
Tell me in the comments or send me a DM with EXOSOMES, and I’ll happily answer any questions you have.

You catch your reflection in the mirror.
Not because you’re looking for flaws… but because something just feels different.
Your skin doesn’t have the glow it used to.
Your foundation settles into lines that weren’t there a year ago.
You buy another serum, another moisturiser, hoping this one will be the answer.
But what if your skin isn’t asking for another product…
What if it’s asking to be repaired?
As we get older, our skin naturally slows down its ability to heal and regenerate. That’s why skincare that once worked suddenly doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Microneedling with Exosomes isn’t about masking the signs of ageing.
It’s about encouraging your skin to do what it used to do naturally.
✨ Smoother texture.
✨ Healthier-looking skin.
✨ Brighter complexion.
✨ Stronger collagen support.
✨ A glow that comes from healthy skin—not makeup.
The best compliment isn’t…
“Have you had something done?”
It’s…
“Your skin looks amazing.”
If you’ve started noticing that your skin doesn’t bounce back the way it once did, this treatment could be exactly the reset it’s been waiting for.
Send me a RESET message and I’ll happily talk you through whether Microneedling + Exosomes is the right treatment for you. 🤍

Seventeen years.
Sometimes I look back and wonder where the time has gone.
Over those 17 years, I’ve treated thousands of faces. Every age, every skin concern, every stage of life.
Some women came to me before their wedding.
Some before stepping in front of a camera.
Some after having babies.
Some during difficult times when they simply wanted to feel like themselves again.
Every single appointment has reminded me that this work has never just been about skin.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about listening.
It’s about helping someone look in the mirror and smile again.
I’ve been incredibly fortunate to meet so many amazing people along the way, and every client—whether you’ve visited once or you’ve been with me for years—has played a part in this journey.
To everyone who has trusted me over the last 17 years…
Thank you.
Here’s to many more years of helping people feel confident in their own skin. 🤍
If you’ve been thinking about starting your own skin journey, I’d love to help. Send me a DM or book your consultation, and let’s create a plan that’s right for you.

This photo isn’t really about me.
It’s about you.
Because if seeing me sitting in a hospital gown encourages just one person to book a skin check, then sharing it is worth it.
I nearly convinced myself not to go.
The mole they’re checking doesn’t look worrying.
It isn’t bleeding.
It isn’t painful.
It hasn’t dramatically changed.
In fact, if you’d asked me before my appointment, I would have told you it looked completely normal.
But because I have well over 100 moles, I make sure I have yearly skin checks.
This particular mole simply looked a little different from the others, so my dermatologist wants to investigate it further.
Hopefully, it’ll be absolutely fine.
And that’s exactly the point.
We shouldn’t wait until something looks “bad” before getting it checked.
As a skin therapist, I spend every day helping other people look after their skin.
But I’m no different to anyone else.
I still need to protect my skin.
I still need yearly skin checks.
And I still have to take responsibility for choices I made years ago.
If I’m honest, I loved having a tan.
Like so many of us growing up in Ireland, I spent years chasing the sun, getting burnt on holidays, and not thinking twice about SPF.
We can’t change the past.
But we can change what we do now.
Skin cancer is one of the most common cancers in Ireland, and early detection can make all the difference.
So if you have lots of moles like I do…
If you’ve ever used sunbeds…
If you’ve had sunburns over the years…
Or if you’ve simply never had your skin checked…
Please book the appointment.
I also want to say how incredibly impressed I’ve been with the public health service. From my referral to my appointments, everything has happened much quicker than I expected, and I’ve been looked after so well.
If you’ve read this far, I have one favour to ask.
If you’re overdue a skin check, promise yourself you’ll book it this week.
And when you do, come back here and comment “BOOKED.”
I’d genuinely love to know this post helped someone take that step. 🤍

You stop making plans.
Not because you don’t want to go…
But because your skin has flared up overnight.
You stand in front of the mirror trying to decide…
“Can I cover it?”
You try another layer of makeup.
It still shows through.
So you message your friend.
“I’m not feeling great today… can we do another day?”
But deep down…
You know it’s not because you’re sick.
It’s because you’re embarrassed.
And that’s the part nobody talks about.
Rosacea isn’t just about redness.
It’s the confidence it steals.
It’s avoiding photos.
It’s dreading warm restaurants because your face might flare.
It’s feeling your cheeks getting hot halfway through a conversation and wondering if everyone has noticed.
You start planning your life around your skin.
The biggest misconception?
Most people think they need to keep trying more products.
A stronger serum.
A different cleanser.
Another cream that promises to “reduce redness.”
But rosacea isn’t a skin that needs more.
It’s a skin that’s asking for less.
Less irritation.
Less inflammation.
Less guessing.
When we calm the skin instead of constantly fighting it…
✨ The redness settles.
✨ Flare-ups become less frequent.
✨ Your skin feels comfortable again.
And something else happens too…
You stop checking every mirror you walk past.
Because the goal was never perfect skin.
The goal was getting your confidence back.
If you’ve been calling it “just sensitive skin” but deep down you know something isn’t right…
Send me CALM and let’s help your skin finally settle.

I was delighted to be featured in The Irish Sun recently, discussing a topic I see affecting so many women every day in clinic.
One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that women think they suddenly have “bad” or “sensitive” skin.
In reality, hormonal changes, inflammation, rosacea, skin barrier damage and changing skin needs can all play a significant role in why skin suddenly feels dry, reactive, red, dull or tired.
Many women tell me:
✨ Their makeup no longer sits properly
✨ Their skin reacts to products they used to love
✨ They look tired no matter how much sleep they get
✨ They feel like they’ve aged overnight
The truth is, your skin at 45 isn’t supposed to behave like your skin at 25.
That doesn’t mean your skin is ruined.
It simply means it needs different support.
As I shared in the article, the answer isn’t usually more products, more trends or more guesswork.
It’s understanding what is happening beneath the surface and creating a plan that works for your skin today.
Women don’t need perfect skin.
Most just want to feel comfortable, confident and like themselves again when they look in the mirror.
Thank you to The Irish Sun for helping raise awareness around these important conversations.
If you’ve noticed changes in your skin and aren’t sure why, I’d love to help.
📩 Send me a message or book a consultation to start understanding what your skin really needs.
Thank you to The Irish Sun for featuring me and helping raise awareness around women’s skin health.

I know this probably won’t be a popular opinion in this industry…
but I don’t think trust should come from who posts the most online.
I think it should come from:
experience,
education,
results,
honesty,
and how someone makes you feel when you sit in their clinic.
The truth is, so many women are completely overwhelmed with skincare now.
Every week there’s a new trend.
A new “must-have.”
A new product everyone suddenly swears by.
And meanwhile?
Women’s skin barriers are damaged.
Rosacea is flaring.
Skin is reactive.
And women are blaming themselves thinking their skin is the problem.
Most women don’t need more noise.
They need proper guidance.
Realistic advice.
And someone who actually understands skin.
I’ll always choose education, honesty and long-term skin health over chasing trends online.
Because your skin isn’t a trend.
And confidence doesn’t come from filtered perfection.
It comes from finally understanding what your skin actually needs 🤍
I got polynucleotides under my eyes today… and if I’m being honest, this one felt a bit personal.
Because even I’ve been looking in the mirror lately thinking…
why do I look so tired all the time?
I’m 45.
And the truth is… the ageing process doesn’t stop for anyone.
Not even a skin therapist.
And it’s funny…
I can see it on other people straight away,
but when it starts happening to yourself, it hits differently.
For me, it’s the under-eyes.
That heavy, tired look that just creeps in.
The one that makes you look wrecked… even when you’re not.
And I know I’m not the only one.
So many of you are walking around thinking:
“I actually feel grand… so why do I look exhausted?”
And then you try a few bits…
a cream here, a serum there…
hoping something will just fix it
But deep down you’re thinking…
is this just me now?
That’s the part that gets you.
Not vanity.
Just not feeling like yourself anymore.
And I’ll be honest I don’t want to look “done”
I don’t want people wondering what I’ve had
I just want to look like me again…
a bit fresher, brighter, more awake.
So this is me, practicing what I preach.
Session 1 today.
I’ll be doing this every 4 weeks and I’ll show you the whole journey properly.
No filters.
No overpromising.
Just real skin, real results, and honest updates as I go.
If you’ve ever caught yourself in the mirror and thought
“God I look wrecked…”
you’ll understand exactly why I’m doing this.
If you’re curious about it, just send me a message.
I’ll always be straight with you 💛.
