To celebrate World Mindfulness Day 🌎😌
On September 12th, I will be hosting a men's sound meditation.
Sound meditation can be practiced and experienced by all, and my sessions are always open to all. I find that gents are a little less likely to join. So I have curated this session and date with that in mind . A space to experience and relax.

What is Sound Bath Meditation?
It is an immersive experience that uses therapeutic sound waves to promote relaxation, healing, and mindfulness. You are enveloped in the resonant sounds of instruments, including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and much more, which are played in a way that encourages the mind to relax and the body to release tension. This is a group based session and no experience necessary. You can receive it by lying down or seated .

A little escapism... Beautiful scenery and handpan.
This is the view from my holiday rental in beautiful Donegal. I brought some instruments with me , and this is just some handpan playing. Loved having instruments set up and was able to play when I wanted and needed.

This is a video I recorded during the week. It's a little reset piece if you let it. You can imagine yourself on the strand and being transported to headland and beach or simply close your eyes and listen .
Don't be afraid to share with friends or family. It's free and therapeutic 😌

The practice: (which varies every time)
1.5hrs of breath practice, listening and absorbing frequencies and vibrations from flutes, singing bowls, chimes, gong combination, handpan, and rainpole.
Breath poem to bring us back and space to land.
Oracle cards as an option to complete the session.
And some jellies 😉

Returning to Crusheen Community Centre, Co.Clare July 25th for 1.5 hours of sound bathing.
A space to just decompress and relax into the bed while being bathed with sounds from Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, handpan, flutes, and more. All aid your body to relax, release and leave feeling rested, and have a sense of calm in the days that follow.
No experience with meditation or sound needed. It is for all to experience.

A little look at a drum birthing workshop. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was so lovely to be create and make an instrument from start to finish. Duane and Vanessa hold a lovely workshop, and Revival Harmony is a beautiful location for this .
And what a treat to finish the day with a sound bath.
