AM THAi ENNIS

A lovely day stepping outside AM THAI Ennis and reconnecting with the hospitality world again. ❤️
Yesterday, I joined the Irish Spa & Beauty Association Winter Gathering at Dunboyne Castle - my first hospitality industry event since moving to Ireland nearly five years ago.
After almost 20 years in hotel PR & Marketing Communications in Thailand, it felt so special to be back among people who share the same passion for hospitality, wellbeing and genuine care.
Thank you Diahann Buckley for encouraging me to join. Through our Enneagram sessions, I’ve realised how important it is to put myself in the right room and connect with like-minded people. ❤️
My biggest takeaway was simple:
Hospitality starts with care.
Ask what people need. Listen. See the person, not just the appointment.
I also met two lovely tutors from LCETB Ennis Campus, so three ladies from Ennis enjoyed a lovely lunch together. 😊
And the food and service at Dunboyne Castle were exceptional.
Hospitality has no borders. Thailand, Ireland or anywhere else - people want to feel welcomed, understood and genuinely cared for. Different places, same heart.❤️

"I had the best 90-minute full body massage with Ammy at AmThai Massage in Ennis. It was absolutely amazing! Ammy was so professional and made me feel completely relaxed. The massage was exactly what I needed. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! 😍
I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and so much lighter. I would definitely recommend Ammy and AmThai Massage to anyone looking for a really good massage. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️Thanks so much" - Cristina

I’m so delighted to be a small part of this special journey. 🤰
Claire first came to me before she was pregnant. Now she’s six months along and has been back a few times for some well-deserved care and relaxation.
“I will definitely come back again before my due date.” — Claire 🥰
Thank you for your trust, Claire. It’s lovely to look after you as you get ready to welcome your little one.

I’m truly delighted and proud to be recognised as a finalist for the Marketing Excellence Award 2026.
AM THAI Ennis is my very first self-employed business in Ireland. I’ve brought everything I learned from nearly 20 years working with large organisations into growing my own little business here in Ennis.
From building the brand from scratch, visual identity and content creation, social media and storytelling, local newspaper advertising, service launches and promotions, loyalty programmes and branded giveaways, gift voucher design and packaging, client relationships and retention, Google Business and local search visibility, to community sponsorship, networking and PR, every step has been a learning and growing journey.
What means the most to me is knowing that the potential in what I’m building has been seen and recognised.
Starting again doesn’t mean starting from zero-we bring everything we’ve learned with us, wherever we go.
Thank you to The Irish Women in Business Club for seeing the work I’ve put into AM THAI Ennis and for this recognition. It truly means the world to me.
Jim Warny and I are really looking forward to meeting you all and celebrating together at the Awards Ceremony in Cork soon! 🙏😃⭐️

Yes — quietly is perfect for Jammy because that is part of her “job” while you’re with clients. 😄🐾

1 October 2026 🐾

Our Chief Happiness Officer at , Jammy, turns 4 today! 🎂

She works very hard behind the scenes — waiting quietly and patiently during appointments, having a few naps in between, and spreading every day.

Please join us in wishing our little Chief Happiness Officer a very Happy 4th Birthday! 🥳🐾

And yes… that steak is all hers! 🥩😂

I bring my fitness instructor knowledge into my work at AM THAI Ennis. I’m grateful to have completed a nine-month, fully funded Fitness Instructor course at Ennis FET College last year. 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝑰’𝒗𝒆 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒊𝒔 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚 𝑰 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚, 𝒂𝒕 𝒏𝒐 𝒆𝒙𝒕𝒓𝒂 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆.🙏
A massage can help you feel better for a while, but the way you move and care for yourself every day matters too. That’s why I observe your posture, check your mobility and flexibility, and share simple exercises and ideas you can build into your daily routine.
