Hello there and welcome to my page, which was created and adjusted to reach out to you and assist you in becoming the true, loving, stylish, confident self. Local my style/Life Coach/ Reiki aims to provide not only an insight of what local boutiques, accessory stores and local creative fashion entrepreneurs have to offer in County Galway, but also a Holistic approach to developing our inner selves to expressing our true selves through fashion and creative passions/interests. Through the up's and down's life has thrown at me, I was steered in the direction of Holistic medicine, where i trained as a Life Coach, EFT and Reiki practitioner. Each one continues to support me in my everyday life and as an Early Childhood Educator, i have always held a deep passion of assisting human beings to reach their full potential and to become the true person they were born to be through every day activities and lessons. This page was first inspired by friends and the Frocks to Fillies fundraising event in the Ard Ri Hotel, Tuam, Co. Galway, during the Galway Races, where a young local Mummy won the ‘Best Dressed Lady’ of 2016. This lady was dressed in everything local, from her head piece to her shoes. It was amazing to witness such beautiful style, love and creativity complied together by what our local fashion boutiques, makeup artists and hair stylists have to offer. Local my style also hopes to provide inspirational ideas in ways to mix and match and to create a style that reflects your true self. I have always been passionate about people's unique style, and how fashion can reflect and enhance a person's personalty, through its shape, texture and colour. All you have to do is to browse through your wardrobes, local shops and have fun, until we can create a style that allows you to shine with comfort, love and confidence. ...Strange times...
Concerning issues have not disappeared during this pandemic..

I got whacked by a boy!! I don't know why.
"That boy was just scared and angry about things that had nothing to do with you," my mother told me.
He's dealing with a whole lot of problems of his own."
This was how bullies were discussed when Michelle Obama was a child.
Bullies were scared people hiding inside scary people.
They could be rude & pushy & lash out...you avoided these people if you could or stand up to them if you had to.
The key message is to "Never let a bully's insult or aggression get to you personally.
If you do ---- well, then, you could get really hurt.
This message was not only to support Michelle through her childhood day's but a message to carry through to adulthood.
People will throw punches & will try/will ambush you.. However from the moment you are born to the day you leave this world...
"You are not responsible for anybody's reactions, feelings, disappointments or happiness" ---
You are responsible for yourself, you are responsible to protect the children of our homes, community & society
Children need to be protected now & always.
