Not sure whether to book 60 or 90 minutes? Start here.
A 60-minute treatment is a great option when you want focused work on one or two main areas.
A 90-minute treatment gives us more time to work at a slower pace, address several areas and allow your whole system to settle.
Every appointment begins with a conversation, so your treatment can be shaped around what your body needs that day. If you are unsure, send me a message and I will help you choose.
Self-care that only happens when life is quiet rarely happens.
The answer is not always finding a completely free afternoon. Often it is choosing one realistic habit and giving it a place in your routine.
Ten quiet minutes. A regular walk. An earlier bedtime. A treatment booked in advance instead of waiting for a crisis.
Small, repeatable choices can do more for your wellbeing than an occasional all-or-nothing reset.
What is the one habit you can protect this September?

What happens before your massage matters too.
Before we begin, we talk.
You can tell me what feels tight, what has been happening in your week, what pressure you prefer and what you would like from the session. That conversation helps me tailor the treatment rather than follow a fixed routine.
Your body, your comfort, and your experience guide the appointment.
Follow for a closer look at personalised care.

Massage is not only for when something hurts.
Massage can also be time to slow down, reconnect with your body and notice tension before it becomes your normal.
Regular treatment may support relaxation, comfort and body awareness - especially during demanding periods when you tend to keep pushing through.
You do not need to earn rest by reaching breaking point.
Message our page or contact us via our website to book your treatment time with us.

Sitting all day? Your neck is probably doing more work than you think.
Screens, driving and desk work can gradually pull the head forward and keep the neck and upper back working harder.
By evening, that may feel like stiffness, heaviness or a dull ache around the shoulders.
Change position regularly, bring your screen closer to eye level and give your shoulders a few slow rolls during the day. If the tension keeps returning, it may be time to give the area more focused care.
Send this to someone who works at a desk.
Then book them a massage as a gift.

A treatment should never feel one-size-fits-all.
Some days you arrive needing focused work on tight shoulders. Other days your whole body feels tired, overstimulated or unable to switch off.
That is why every treatment at The Healer’s Hut begins with a conversation. We look at how you are feeling, where you are holding tension and what would make the session most useful for you.
The goal is simple: for you to leave feeling more centred, present, and connected to yourself.

Earlier mornings, lunch boxes, traffic, work and a hundred small things to remember can leave the body braced without you noticing.
Try this quick check-in:
• drop your shoulders away from your ears
• unclench your jaw
• soften your hands
• take one slower breath
It takes less than a minute, but it brings you back into your body.
Save it for the first hectic mornings of term.
Before the September rush begins, make one appointment with yourself.
The final days before school returns can feel like a list that never ends. Uniforms, schedules, work plans and new routines all compete for attention.
If you know you tend to carry busy periods in your shoulders, neck or sleep, consider booking your treatment now rather than waiting until the tension has built up.
Appointments are tailored to you, with 60- and 90-minute options available.
Book your place now.
As diaries fill up again, it is easy to put your own needs at the bottom of the list. But stress often shows up in the body before we consciously recognise it.
A few quiet minutes, a walk, better hydration or a treatment booked before you reach your limit can help you stay connected to yourself through a busy season.
Save this as your reminder: prevention is part of self-care too.

Tight shoulders. A clenched jaw. Restless sleep.
Headaches that arrive after a long day.
These can be signs that your body has been carrying more tension than you realised. You do not have to wait until discomfort becomes impossible to ignore. A little attention now can help you feel more comfortable, grounded and present as normal routines begin again.
