This lovely bride had no trial, just a quick consultation over the phone a week before her wedding day, some photo references, and a chat in my chair on her wedding morning 🫶 she wasn’t shy about makeup and wanted a full glam look with warm tones on the eyes, full coverage base, lots of blush, lashes, and a beautiful pink lip 💕

I absolutely love looking after mothers of the bride & groom on a wedding morning 💕 it’s so special to help the mamas feel pampered and just as special on what is a very important day for them as well as the couple. This gorgeous mom had no brief for me, she watched me working on her daughter and when it was her own turn in my chair she said “Do whatever you think is best, I trust you” - the ultimate compliment! When she looked at herself in the mirror her gorgeous eyes lit up and I knew she felt her best. Such a privilege we have as artists to help people feel confident for such an emotional occasion 🥹

Didn’t want a 9-5 so I chose a 24/7 instead 🤪 all jokes aside, as a bridal makeup artist we are often working back to back days with bridal parties, long drives there and home, washing brushes and restocking our kits on our “days off” and trying to keep on top of admin in between! But it’s all worth it when we are with you and your gals on your special day making you feel your absolute best 💕

Bridal beauty at its best 💕
This gorgeous bride flew all the way from Australia to marry her love on home turf and she looked absolutely flawless ✨ we did a trial a year ago last time she was home in Ireland and we kept it pretty close to the look we trialled - all that changed was that she had a light spray tan done which meant overall there was less ‘contrast’ to the look: a soft smokey eye with brown liner, lots of lashes at the outer corner of the eye, and a darker browny-pink n**e lip. Just sublime!
