Dear Clients! DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS!

Due to large demand of Christmas bookings we kindly ask all the clients to secure their appointment with a non refundable deposit of 50% value of the treatment. All non refundable deposit needs to be paid by MONDAY 2nd of DECEMBER.

All appointments not secured will be released to cancellation list.

I want to express my gratitude for your continued support and loyalty. It’s because of clients like you that I’ve been able to grow my business and provide exceptional services.

Beginning of next week 18th of November the prices of treatments and services will slightly increase. Existing and new apportionments from that date forward will reflect in the new pricing.

The increase is necessary in order to cover the increased cost of products and other business expenses. I hope you can all understand the need to have to implement this slight increase.

We have now new booking system in place called FESHA. You will receive a notification/ text message with confirmation of your booking once the appointment was made, to secure your booking you have to confirm it by providing all the information after clicking into link sent via text. If not confirmed your appointment will be cancelled. Please be aware that all cancellations need to be made 24h prior to your scheduled appointment if not you will be charged 50% fee for late cancellation and 100% fee for not showing up. Also 48h prior to your appointment you will receive txt message with a reminder of date and time of your appointment.
