I’m off on a little works trip.
First stop London then on to New York to attend a couple of hair and fashion exhibitions where some of the biggest brands in the industry will be showcasing the latest products, techniques and trends.
While also fitting in being an absolute tourist with my side kick Victoria Queree 😆.

Hey everyone 😁,
Yesterday I attended an event in Letterkenny that was organised to empower salon professionals in the understanding of domestic violence, coercive control and addiction.
As a hairdresser over the years like many other salon professionals I have listened to both women and men’s personal struggles as my chair has become a safe place for many people.
I have now displayed on my mirrors in my salon a QR code which when scanned brings up the necessary support groups available to help guide those who may need it.
These QR codes are designed as an “it’s safe to talk “initiative.
Our jobs as salon professionals go far beyond just doing hair.
