Tara Beauty was founded by Tara Kelly in January 2016. Tara's goal is to make the beauty industry more welcoming, less intimidating and passionate about quality. Tara has a huge amount of professional experience having worked in both London and Dublin. She trained in the LA Makeup Academy before obtaining a Level 6 ITEC Certificate in Beauty Therapy.
