Glamour Eyes Beauty Lounge will be closed from Friday 28th August and will reopen on Tuesday 15th September.

If you’re due your regular nails, waxing or tanning around this time, I’d recommend booking sooner rather than later as appointments before I close are already filling.

✨ Ever wondered what a wax specialist looks for in a wax strip? 👀✨

Today was my very first day using the brand new Cloud Dancer Wax by Waxperts Wax® Professional , and I just had to share this! 🤍

Can you see the tiny white bulbs on the ends of the hairs?

That’s exactly what a wax specialist wants to see. Those little bulbs show the hair has been removed cleanly from the root, rather than simply snapping at the surface.

Why does that matter?

💗 Cleaner root removal
💗 Less hair breakage
💗 Smoother skin for longer
💗 Softer regrowth over time

Of course, great results don’t come from the wax alone. They come from choosing the right wax for each client, using the correct technique and ensuring the skin is properly prepared before every treatment.

I’ll still be using my trusted Original and First Mate waxes from Waxperts, as each has its own strengths. But after my very first day with Cloud Dancer, these results have definitely impressed me and I’m excited to see how it performs over the coming weeks. ☁️✨

Eight years ago, Glamour Eyes Beauty Lounge opened its doors with one dream… to create a place where every client could leave feeling more confident than when they walked in.

What started as a dream has become eight years of friendships, confidence, laughter, happy tears and so many unforgettable moments.

From everyday appointments to weddings, holidays, celebrations and everything in between, it’s been a privilege to be a small part of so many of your lives.

To every single person who has booked an appointment, recommended me to a friend, liked a post or supported my little business over the years…

Your loyalty, kindness and trust have allowed me to do what I genuinely love every single day, and I will never take that for granted.
