We’re looking for a friendly, confident Salon Receptionist / Coordinator to join the team at Hugh Campbell Hair Group, Limerick Salons.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same! You’ll be at the heart of the salon experience — welcoming clients, managing appointments, supporting the team and making sure every guest feels looked after from the moment they walk through the door. 💫

💥 What you’ll be doing:

📞 Taking calls & booking appointments
✨ Welcoming clients & creating a warm first impression
💇‍♀️ Managing the client journey throughout the salon
💳 Processing payments & offering rebooking
📦 Managing retail stock & orders
🧹 Coordinating salon organisation & hygiene
💶 Cashing up & reconciliation
🤝 Supporting the salon management team to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
✔️ 2+ years front-facing customer service experience
✔️ A warm, professional & confident manner
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
✔️ A genuine interest in hair, fashion & beauty
✔️ A brilliant team player
✔️ Fluent English
✔️ Available to work Saturdays
✔️ Available to work across Limerick City & Castletroy
