Can sound influence the human body? Actor Terrence Howard shares his perspective on resonance, frequency, and the possibility that sound plays a much larger role in biology than we currently understand. Modern research already shows that sound and vibration can influence the nervous system, stress response, mood, movement, and even how cells experience mechanical forces.
