Jamie Cusack Massage Therapy

Folks, who doesn't love a free massage?

I am rolling out Indian Head Massages as a new service after requests from a couple of clients, but I am very out of practice!

Since college, all my work has been deep tissue swedish and sports massage, so I need a refresher.

So if you'd like to be my guinea pig, get in touch to book a free 30 minute head massage over the next 7-8 days!

You get a free massage (with zero pressure to rebook), and I get some much needed practice, Win/Win!

Hi I'm Jamie and I'm a Massage Therapist from Midleton. My background in fitness instruction and personal training gives me a good perspective in the needs of athletes and gym goers.

I'm trained in Swedish and Sports Massage methods, so I bring unique blend of deep tissue and relaxing techniques to the table.

A mobile service around Midleton and East Cork is also available for clients who need their treatments at home, at their sports club, or even pitch-side.

Message me here for bookings, or find me at Énergie fitness Midleton

If I had a euro for every time a client ignored my advice to program regular deloads into their training routine I could buy the whole gym instead of just renting a room

If any of you lunatics are training for the upcoming hyrox event at pairc ui Chaoimh or recovering from last week's marathon, I might be able to help.

Appointments available this week for sports or swedish massage 👐
