Last week, I attended training in Northern Ireland with the incredibly knowledgeable Gus . I learned gentle yet highly effective techniques to help support and reset the lymphatic system and vagus nerve—approaches I’m excited to begin incorporating into my practice.
It was a wonderful 2 days in a beautiful venue. A huge thank you to Anne Marie for hosting and to all the amazing women I had the pleasure of meeting and connecting with throughout the day. There was plenty of laughter, great conversations, and a real sense of community.
I truly love this industry and the wonderful people it allows me to meet. My cup is full, and I am so excited to bring these new therapeutic techniques into my clinic to further support my clients on their wellness journeys.

When you sit down with me for a consultation, it’s not a rushed 10-minute appointment. We spend 30–45 minutes really getting to the root of your skin concerns.
We talk about everything that affects your skin —
stress, diet, gut health, hormones, lifestyle… because your skin is connected to it all.
The first thing I look at is your skin barrier.
Is there the correct oil- water in skin?
Is it inflamed? Inflamagaging, what’s the texture , tone like?

June is acne awareness month and as leaders in the professional skin and beauty industry we will be sharing our knowledge and understanding of this chronic inflammatory skin condition with you in detail. You’re going to see a 4-part video series breaking down everything from the stages of acne, the triggers, the different types of acne lesions and ingredient and lifestyle changes you can make to work on reducing acne symptoms and occurrences.
Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin condition affecting ~9.4% of the global population and it develops through multiple processes involving excess and irregular sebum production, impaired skin cell turnover and the overgrowth of acne causing bacteria (C.9s) resulting in inflammation and infection within the follicle.
Driven by inflammation and barrier impairment key triggers also include hormonal fluctuations, genetic predisposition, stress, environmental factors and incorrect or overly aggressive skincare.
Clinically, acne presents as comedones (blackheads and whiteheads), papules, pustules, nodules and cystic lesions often accompanied by redness, pain and potential post-inflammatory pigmentation or scarring.
Beyond physical symptoms acne has a significant psychological impact, commonly linked to reduced self-esteem, anxiety and depression.
