Thanks to everyone for the help. For walking around the woods on this awful night and to Keith for driving around with two small people in tow.
But a special shout out to Karina from Irish Dogs Lost Stolen Found who contacted me after being tagged in my original post and gave me amazing advice which led us to finding her.

‼️VAT INCREASE ‼️
As of the 1st of September 2023, the government has imposed an increase of 4.5% on the VAT rate for hairdressing services.
It's with great regret the increase will have to be added to all services on our price list as we as a business, cannot absorb the cost.
This money goes directly to Revenue and is not something we can control.

Best wishes to all the team involved in New Ross Musical Society production of "Chaplin"
As we 'dot the i's and cross the t's' heading into our final dress rehearsal later this evening - we'd like you to meet the *full cast of NRMS's 54th production - Chaplin!
