Bag of coal to increase by €7, says fuel supplier One of Ireland's largest solid fuel suppliers has announced it is to increase the price of a bag of coal by €7 in the coming weeks.

Bad news folks. We delivered our last bag of coal last week.
Unfortunately the time has come to call it a day. Rising fuel costs, higher insurance premiums and a bleak outlook for this industry has brought us to this day.
Thank you to all our loyal customers over the decades, from my father in law Pat Dunneys time to more recent customers who entrusted to us to get their fuel to them no matter what the weather.

UPDATE. We are now out of Bulk briquettes and will only have a small amount for the next few weeks as Bord Na Mona are still very low on stock and will not have more for delivery until May, unfortunately these will be at the new price.
