I recently had an appointment with Emma at Aviary, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My previous stylist had departed, and Emma kindly took me on as a new client. As someone who has been a very happy Aviary customer since January 2026, I was a little nervous about transitioning to a new stylist, but it turned out to be completely seamless.

From the moment Emma greeted me with her warm, friendly welcome, I felt instantly at ease. She took the time to sit beside me and explain that my previous stylist had provided her with a full brief of my hair journey to date, right down to the details of my cut and styling preferences. That level of care and continuity meant a lot.

Emma examined my hair and then talked me through each step of what would be involved in my appointment. Her clear explanations made me feel comfortable and confident throughout. The appointment itself was relaxing, and Emma was chatty, kind, and genuinely lovely to spend time with. Her warmth and attentiveness were evident in the care she put into my hair from start to finish.
I was absolutely delighted with the final results — my hair looked and felt fantastic.

A special shout‑out as well to the receptionist, who is always so friendly and extremely helpful every time I visit the salon. The whole team at Aviary continues to make every appointment a pleasure.
