**IMPORTANT NOTICE | CANCELLATION POLICY 🤍**

At Glo Beauty Space, we understand that unexpected situations can arise and plans sometimes change. We are always happy to accommodate rescheduling wherever possible, and we do our best to offer alternative appointments when needed.

However, when an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed without notice, it often leaves us with no opportunity to offer that time slot to another client. This results in lost working hours and income for our self-employed stylists, who have reserved that time exclusively for you.

**This is why giving us as much notice as possible is so important.** When you let us know in advance, you give us a fair chance to fill your appointment with another client who may be waiting for a suitable time.

Our cancellation policy is not about charging clients unnecessarily. Our aim is to reduce last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, encourage more considerate booking practices, and protect the time and income of our team.

**Our cancellation policy:**

• **24 hours or more before your appointment:** Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge.

• **Less than 24 hours’ notice:** A fee of 50% of the booked service price applies.

• **No-show:** A fee of 100% of the booked service price applies.

Any applicable fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

We value our clients and understand that life happens. All we ask is that you respect the time reserved for you in the same way we respect your time. A little notice can make a big difference and allow another client to benefit from an appointment they may have been hoping to get.

Using oil based tanning solutions or tanning oil are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on our sunbeds in GLO Beauty Space, the oils destroy the arcylic on the beds and are slippery and unsafe for customers and employees.
