✨ August is Psoriasis Awareness Month ✨

Moisturise while your skin is still slightly damp. Applying a rich, fragrance-free moisturiser straight after bathing helps lock in hydration, strengthen the skin barrier, and can reduce dryness, itching, and flaking.

💚 Bonus Tip: Avoid very hot showers, as they can strip the skin of its natural oils and may make psoriasis symptoms worse.

Healthy, hydrated skin is better equipped to stay calm and comfortable.
