Perfect when your body is feeling tense, tight or you simply need to switch off. The focus is on working deeper into the muscles, releasing tension and helping you fully relax.
🌿 Lymphatic Drainage
A much lighter, rhythmic technique designed to encourage lymph flow, support circulation and help with that feeling of puffiness, heaviness or fluid retention.
So if you’re looking for muscle relaxation → relaxing massage
If you’re looking for gentle drainage + a lighter, less puffy feeling → lymphatic drainage
Neither is “better” — it just depends on what your body needs 🧘♀️

A little before & after that deserves its own post 🤍✨
My client first came in for facial sculpting just over 3 weeks ago, and these photos show her results from her initial treatment compared with her progress 3½ weeks later.
Look at the difference in the jawline, cheeks and under-chin area! 😍
This is why it’s important to stay consistent with sessions and recommended treatments!!
Facial sculpting is all about encouraging circulation, supporting lymphatic drainage and helping to reduce the appearance of puffiness, leaving the face looking more refreshed, defined and sculpted.
Every face is different, and results will vary, but I absolutely love seeing this kind of progress🤩🤩
