Minimum cancellation time is 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made prior to this window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours notice but prior to the start of the session incur a 50% late-cancellation fee. Clients who cancel twice in a row, will be required to pay 50% of their treatment fee upon their next booking. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session, will incur the full fee of the booked treatment price. Thank you
