Only as we get older do we finally realise just how precious life really is.
We have absolutely no desire for drama, conflict or stress.
We just want to spend time in the company of good people who make us happy.
But most importantly we want to be in good health, that’s what really matters.
So never forget that each new day as you open your eyes, to say a little prayer of gratitude 🙏 to God for giving you that beautiful gift of life.

In this life you must remember there will be some people who will come into your life, but they will only be there for you as long as you have something that they need. When you no longer serve a purpose for them, they will leave you and chances are you may never see them again.
The good news though is if you tough it out, you will eventually w**d this people out of your life and be left with some great decent special people. In life we will rearly lose good friends, we just find out who the best ones really are.

There will be times when life gets really hard and you may feel like giving up, remember there is a beautiful future that you have not seen yet. Stay strong and always believe in yourself and never stop moving forward.

A visit to brummie land for the European athletics championships the heat is savage

Another one done and dusted. A beautiful part of the world is Fatima I would highly recommend a visit. Good food, lovely people the Portuguese, very warm, so early morning runs were a must. Surprisingly I met very few English speakers, changing times we now live in. I have done everything I was requested so a goodbye from me.

Never forget just how short this life is and let that put things in perspective for you.
Don’t waste your time in the company of others who are not good for you. Instead spend time with good people full of positive vibes. Show kindness and love to others and make sure that you do the things you want to do today, don’t wait till tomorrow because it might just never come. Stop wasting time worrying about things that don’t matter. Live every day as if it’s your last. Some day you may wish that you worried less and lived more.

I got in early before the queue, so candles are all 🔥 it’s like a large barbecue, the heat was savage.

We all go through bad times and good times in this life, but remember we must never lose hope no matter how hard things get. Keep faith in God, it will all work out for the best in the end.

One of life’s lessons is that there will be people who will come into your life at different times and they will stay for as long as it takes to get what they need from you and then they will leave maybe never to be seen again.
Then there are the special ones who will come into your life, never to leave and they will always be actively present by your side especially when you may have to go through dark times. They are the crème de la crème, (I’m blessed to have so many of these special souls around me) Make sure that you never forget them and be always there for them when they need you.
