I love this poll k-taping combined with manual work!

Last week: reactive poll, head shaking to avoid touch, left-side tension.

One session of gentle myofascial release and a poll k-taping → reactivity settled within 48 hours.

Today: no poll sensitivity, softer tissues and clear signs of deep release in response to myofascial work and k-taping → a very relaxed horse.

Subtle, targeted bodywork and k-taping can make a big difference - from reactive to calm and releasing in a week 🤍

Happy New Year everyone 🌅

As we approach the end of 2025, I’d like to say a huge thank you to all my clients who have supported me throughout the year. Your trust means everything!

A special thank you to those clients who committed to regular therapy and take a proactive approach to bodywork - you keep the show on the road and make this work so rewarding.

This year has taken me from Wexford to Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Laois, Kildare, Wicklow and even to Cork. I also had the pleasure of visiting my local Pony Club for a demo, travelling to Limerick for a presentation and workshop at Ormston House with artist (thanks Laura!), and sponsoring the In-Hand PTV class at the TREC Ireland National MA and PTV Championships.

I’m incredibly grateful for every horse, owner, rider and opportunity along the way. Thank you for being part of the journey, I’m really looking forward to what 2026 has in store! 🐴💫

Happy Samhain 🎃💀✨️

It was a week for piebald Irish Cobs...five in Halloween week, they are starting to look a bit ghostly as the veil grows thin 👻

Last month, it was my pleasure to sponsor the In-Hand PTV class at the TREC Ireland National MA & PTV Championships 2025 .

Congratulations to the winners of the In-Hand PTV; Sarah Roebuck, Maria Blumenthal, Karina Kerrigan and Róisín Fitzpatrick, and to my clients - all of whom were in the prizes! I loved seeing you all having the best time with your horses 🐎

Sally also made her debut at a National Championships and I was delighted with how we got on together 🤍

If you're looking for something new to try with your horse, I'd recommend giving TREC a go - lots to do on the ground and in the saddle and a friendly, supportive bunch of people!
