You might be wondering why the assessment call is free. What's the catch.
I'm a personal coach. I work with a very limited number of people, one to one, helping them actually implement a plan and reach their goals.
These calls are how I build that first bit of clarity for someone. Think of it like a hospital offering a free eye checkup. They tell you honestly what's going on and what it would take to fix it. If you get treated there, great. If you go elsewhere, that's fine too. Either way you walk out knowing the truth.
That's why I keep it free. If after the call you want to work with me and I have a spot open, I'd be glad to help. If not, that's fine too.
Five spots open this week. Whatsapp Assessment, if you are ready!
You stopped eating rice and roti at dinner...
So why is your fasting blood sugar still high?
Because cutting carbs isn't always the missing piece.
Over the last few months, I've noticed the same nutrition gaps showing up again and again in the women I speak with.
That's why I created a simple 10-question checklist.
If you'd like a copy, WhatsApp me CHECKLIST and I'll send it to you personally.

Finally, back to the gym.
"Is there a catch?"
I've had several people ask me why I offer complimentary blood sugar assessment sessions.
It's a fair question.
So I recorded this video to explain exactly why I do it, what happens during the assessment, and who it's actually for.
If you've been following my content for a while but weren't sure whether to reach out...
This video is for you.
If you'd like to explore whether an assessment makes sense for you, WhatsApp me RECOVER.

You gave up roti and rice at dinner. You watch your portions all day. And your fasting number this morning still read 130.
Here is what nobody tells you. Blood sugar is not only a food equation. It is also a stress hormone equation. When sleep is short or broken, or when the body is running on stress for weeks at a time, cortisol rises. Cortisol tells the liver to release more glucose into the blood overnight, while you are asleep and eating nothing at all. It also makes your cells more resistant to insulin, so that glucose sits in your blood longer than it should.
This is why a woman who has already cut carbs at dinner can still wake up to a fasting number that refuses to move. It is not a discipline problem. It is a recovery problem, and recovery has to include sleep and stress, not just what is on your plate at night.
I put together a free guide that walks through the real reasons your fasting number won't move, sleep and stress included. Send me a Whatsapp with word "RECOVER" and I will send it to you.

When I started coaching a decade ago, I had no idea what was coming my way, I went ahead with faith and trust.
And now I feel blessed to people who genuinely want me to do well. Who are supporting me and that's what keeps me in this game.

I'm probably not the right coach for you if you're just looking for another diet plan.
But if you've already tried eating healthier, walking more, and cutting carbs—and your blood sugar still isn't where you want it to be...
Then we should talk.
My Recovery First approach starts by understanding what's happening beneath the surface: sleep, stress, recovery, and the patterns that often keep blood sugar elevated even when you're trying your hardest.
If you'd like me to personally assess your situation, send me RECOVER on WhatsApp.

What if your blood sugar problem isn't actually a rice or roti problem?
Most of the women I work with have already tried:
• Eating less rice
• Walking more
• Cutting sugar
• Starting over every Monday
And yet their blood sugar still keeps rising.
That's because blood sugar isn't only influenced by what you eat.
Sleep.
Chronic stress.
Recovery.
These all affect how your body responds.
If I could help you lower your blood sugar and HbA1c naturally, without asking you to eliminate rice or roti, spend hours meal prepping, or force yourself to walk 10,000 steps every day, would you be open to a conversation?
If yes, send me RECOVER on WhatsApp and let's see whether the Recovery First approach is right for you.
