has always been someone for whom putting on weight was difficult. She was underweight and most difficult part was to take in more calories ie eating more than her maintenance.

🔅With consistency and relentless efforts she has been able to put on 8kgs with an amazing mount of strength and muscle gain.

🔅Eating enough protein and also focusing on liquid calories helped her a lot.

🔅She followed a gym based workout hitting each muscle at-least twice a week.
