Just days after its inauguration, Panathur Tree Park is already being used the way an urban green space should be by people.

Families spending time together.
Children playing.
People walking beneath the trees.
Neighbours exercising, relaxing and simply enjoying the outdoors.

Spread across 45 acres developed in the first phase, the park brings together nature, recreation and community spaces creating room not just for trees, but for people to pause, play, move and connect.

Because a greener city isn’t just about more green on the map.
It’s about creating places where people want to be. 💚

What if restoring a lake could change an entire neighbourhood? 🌿💧

At Yamare Lake, Anekal, lake rejuvenation has gone beyond bringing water back. It has created a space where water, people, recreation and community life come together.

💧 6 ML → 71 ML water storage capacity
🌊 0.62 acres → 15 acres water spread
🌳 Landscaped spaces & green areas
🚶‍♀️ Walking pathway around the lake
🏋️ Open gym for outdoor fitness
👧 Children’s play area
🏡 Gazebo for rest and community interaction
🪷 Ritual tank supporting local needs

The restoration included desilting, bund revetment, inlet and outlet construction, fencing and peripheral development, helping transform a degraded waterbody into a valuable community asset.

A lake restored for water.
A space created for people.
A neighbourhood given a place to breathe, walk, play and connect. 🌱

We at SayTrees are deeply honoured to have gifted 40 acres of lung space to Namma Bengaluru. 🌿

On 16th September 2026 Panathur Tree Park opened its gates, inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister Shri Ramalinga Reddy. And the city walked right in.

Children running through trails. Families sitting under trees. People breathing air that feels different because it is.

This is what 40 acres of restored urban forest looks like when it’s given back to the people who live beside it.

🛤️ Walking paths & solar lighting
💧 Two newly created ponds
🎭 Amphitheatre & open gym
🧒 Children’s play area

But more than any of that, a place where Bengaluru can simply come and exist. Slowly. Quietly. Under trees.

None of this would have been possible without the Nagaravana initiative and the incredible CSR support from Qualcomm India. This is what partnership for the planet looks like. 💚

Panathur Forest is open, Bengaluru.
Come breathe what we built together. 🌳

A farm today, an orchard for tomorrow. 🌱🥭

Meet Sanjay Subhash Soni, a farmer from Achalpur, who is turning 1.8 acres of his farmland into a growing orchard with support from SayTrees.

A total of 380 saplings have been planted, including:
🌱 220 Keshar
🌱 100 Dasheri
🌱 30 Mahogany
🌱 30 Teak

With an open well as the source of irrigation, these young saplings will be nurtured with care as they grow.

For farmers like Sanjay, every sapling is more than a plant it is a step towards a greener farm, a stronger livelihood, and a better future. 🌳💚

WHAT IF 4,00,000 TREES STARTED WITH YOU? 🌱

Not someday.
Not someone else.
With you.

We’re working towards planting 4,00,000 saplings across India, covering 57 acres over the next 180 days.

And it doesn’t take a huge contribution to be part of it.

🌱 ₹165 = 1 sapling

You plant one.
Someone else plants one.
And slowly, 4,00,000 small actions become something much bigger.

A greener landscape.
More biodiversity.
Healthier ecosystems.
A better tomorrow.

So, how many will you plant? 👇

🌿 A New Green Space for Bengaluru - Panathur Tree Park is Now Open

40 acres. A restored urban green space. A place for nature, biodiversity and people.

On 16 September 2026, Panathur Tree Park was inaugurated in Bengaluru, marking an important step towards creating accessible and sustainable green spaces within the city.

Spread across nearly 40 acres, the Panathur Forest Development Project brings together ecological restoration with infrastructure designed to make the space safer, more accessible and welcoming for the public.

From walking paths, solar lighting, parking and security facilities to toilet blocks, a children’s play area, open gym and amphitheatre, the park has been designed to bring people closer to nature while making the space enjoyable for the community. Two ponds have also been created within the park, adding to its ecological value and enhancing the green landscape.

Developed under the Nagaravana initiative, with CSR support from Qualcomm India and in collaboration with SayTrees, the project reflects what urban ecological restoration can look like when conservation and community needs come together.

We hope Panathur Forest continues to grow into a benchmark for future urban forest restoration projects benefiting Bengaluru’s biodiversity and communities for generations to come. 🌱

Shri Ramalinga Reddy — Hon’ble Minister
Shri P. C. Mohan — Member of Parliament
Smt. Manjula Aravind Limbavali — Local MLA
Smt. Meenakshi Negi — PCCF
Shri Y. C. Chakrapani — DCF
Shri Ganesh Thadagani — DCF

A special thanks to Qualcomm India for its CSR support and partnership in making this green space possible. 🌿

Some lakes die quietly.
This one got a second chance. 💧

19.47 acres. Silted. Weakened. Slowly losing its ability to hold water.

So we got to work.

Bund improvement. Desilting. Inlet outlet restoration. Ghat formation. 1,073 metres of shoreline repaired and made stronger.

Not just to bring the water back.
But to make sure it stays. 🌱

Because a restored lake isn’t just water it’s every farmer, every family and every future that depends on it.

For 20–25 years, this lake tried to fill. It never could. 💧

Every monsoon the rains came.
Every season the water disappeared.
A hidden leakage beneath the bed silently stealing the village’s water for decades.

Until SayTrees found it. And fixed it.

💧 Water storage: 56 ML → 105 ML
📏 Lake depth: 1.40 m → 2.60 m
🌊 48,500 m³ of silt removed

For the first time in a generation - Pimpal Khori Lake, Kendur Village have fully fill with water. 🌊

This isn’t just lake restoration.
This is 20 years of waiting finally over.
