🔴 रीढ़ की TB का इलाज संभव है — चुपचाप दर्द न सहें! 🩺🩺
रीढ़ की हड्डी की TB यानी Tubercular Spondylodiscitis का समय पर इलाज संभव है। इसे नजरअंदाज करने से कमर दर्द, नसों पर दबाव और पैरों में कमजोरी जैसी गंभीर समस्याएं हो सकती हैं।
इस मरीज में L4–L5 स्तर पर infection, nerves पर pressure और दोनों पैरों में कमजोरी थी।
मरीज की स्थिति को देखते हुए Trans-Kambin Endoscopic Debridement किया गया। इस minimally invasive approach के जरिए infection वाली जगह की सफाई की गई।
सर्जरी के बाद मरीज की neurological condition में सुधार देखा गया और surgical wound भी स्वस्थ रहा।
⚠️ कमर दर्द, सुन्नपन या पैरों में कमजोरी को सामान्य दर्द समझकर नजरअंदाज न करें।
समय पर जांच और उचित उपचार से बेहतर परिणाम की संभावना बढ़ सकती है।
🔴 Spine TB Can Be Treated — Don’t Suffer in Silence!
Spinal TB, also known as Tubercular Spondylodiscitis, can cause persistent back pain, nerve compression, and weakness in the legs.
In this patient, there was an L4–L5 spinal infection, with nerve compression and weakness in both legs.
Considering the patient’s condition, Trans-Kambin Endoscopic Debridement was performed using a minimally invasive approach to clean the infected area.
Following surgery, the patient showed improvement in neurological condition, and the surgical wound remained healthy.
⚠️ Do not ignore persistent back pain, numbness, or weakness in the legs. Early evaluation and appropriate treatment can help improve the chances of a better outcome.

Not every memorable moment from a surgical meeting happens inside the operating room.
During my visit to Warsaw, Poland, for the 360toSpine Masters Meeting, it was wonderful to spend time with colleagues and friends from different parts of the world — sharing conversations, enjoying great food and exploring the beautiful city together.
Between discussions on spine surgery, robotics and endoscopy, there were also plenty of lighter moments — good food, laughter, city walks and conversations beyond medicine. 😊
These moments are a reminder that international meetings are not just about sharing knowledge. They are also about building friendships, strengthening professional relationships and creating connections that continue long after the meeting ends.
Grateful for the wonderful company, warm hospitality and memories created in Warsaw.

BRINGING ADVANCED ENDOSCOPY TO ALL CORNERS OF THE WORLD 🌍
INTERNATIONAL FACULTY | WARSAW, POLAND 🇵🇱
A valuable opportunity to train and mentor enthusiastic spine surgeons in Poland in advanced cervical spine endoscopy techniques at the 360toSpine Masters Meeting, Warsaw.
As International Faculty, it was a privilege to share surgical experience, demonstrate advanced endoscopic techniques and help participating surgeons refine and polish their skills in cervical spine endoscopy.
Through hands-on cadaver sessions and focused surgical discussions, we explored the nuances of advanced endoscopic approaches, surgical planning, precision, technology integration and, most importantly, safe and responsible surgical decision-making.
For me, surgical education is not just about teaching a technique.
It is about sharing experience, building confidence, refining skills and empowering surgeons to deliver better patient care.
From India to Poland and beyond, the goal remains the same:
Taking advanced endoscopic spine surgery to more surgeons, in more corners of the world. 🌍

Invited as Faculty at the 360toSpine Masters Meeting in Warsaw, Poland, Sharing Experience. Refining Surgical Skills. 🇵🇱
It was an honour to be invited as faculty at the 360toSpine Masters Meeting in Warsaw, Poland, where experienced spine surgeons from around the world came together to learn, exchange ideas and refine advanced surgical techniques.
As faculty, I had the opportunity to share my experience and help polish their skills in advanced cervical spine surgery, with a focus on full-endoscopic and minimally invasive techniques.
The sessions brought together practical surgical experience with the latest advances in:

🔹 Minimally invasive spine surgery
🔹 Navigation & intraoperative 3D imaging
🔹 Robotic-assisted spine surgery
🔹 Precision-driven surgical techniques
For me, being a faculty member is not just about teaching a procedure. It is about sharing the finer nuances of surgery, discussing challenging situations, refining technique and helping surgeons become more confident and precise in their surgical practice.
The most rewarding part of such meetings is seeing knowledge translate into better surgical skills and greater precision in the operating room.
