A few moments from our time in Dharamshala. Each day started with gentle movement, deep breaths, and quiet moments on the mat. Surrounded by the mountains, we enjoyed yoga, meaningful conversations, and the chance to slow down.

A simple reminder that sometimes all we need is fresh mountain air, a calm mind, and an open heart. 🌿🧘‍♀️🤍

Yin Yoga is a slow paced sequence to improve body structure, enhance flexibility and de-stress the body on a deeper level.

Props needed:
- Yoga mat
- Cushions
- Comfortable clothing

This is a charitable event.
AAS association works closely with all differently abled schools of Delhi NCR. Connecting the students with right equipments and aids for better learning experience.

No charges for the session. Pay as you like as a donation directly to the NGO.
