Our Technique – PERFECT-i
Perfect-i is the procedure of hair transplant, pioneered and perfected by Medlinks. Permanent and Real-time Follicular Extraction and Implantation or Perfect-I is one of the procedures based on FUE, which however is much more efficient and cost effective. In this process, hair follicular units are harvested one by one similar to FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT. However, at Medlinks we use an automated instrument for the purpose. Soon after harvesting the follicles, as soon as 3-5 minutes, the process of implantation is started. Unlike conventional FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT or Strip Hair Transplant the follicles are not stored in this process. By lowering down the storage time to almost negligent we comply with research suggesting approximately 2% of graft death per hour of storage which can even be higher in cases of longer duration of storage of grafts. AT the time of transplant procedure we also ensure that the graft is properly handled. Normally, when the graft is held with root or bulge then it reduces its survival chances. At MedLinks, we are not only concerned about quality but dedicatedly work towards better success rate and on lowering down the cost incurred. The cost of hair transplant is directly proportional to the number of grafts and therefore, we have consistently kept it below 2%. We have even managed to achieve a transaction rate of less than 1% in some of the cases. At Medlinks, we offer and deliver distinct experience of hair transplant which is better and cost effective in comparison to FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT surgeries at other centers. Advantages over conventional FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT
• Hair shedding during post transplant is less
• Death of grafts due to storage process is 0%
• The process yields quick result and visible results are evident 3-4 months earlier to what it takes in case of FUE HAIR TRANSPLANT or Strip Hair Transplant)

Just a different chapter, with a fuller, stronger, more youthful-looking hairline.
Because sometimes, it’s not about looking younger.
It’s about looking like your best self at every age.
At MedLinks, hair transplantation is about more than adding hair, it’s about restoring proportions, framing the face naturally, and creating results that evolve beautifully with you.
MedLinks, Where age doesn’t define your look. Your confidence does.
Not every corrective hair transplant is an easy fix.
Some cases demand far more than simply adding more grafts. Dr. Rajeev Verma explains which patients can be particularly challenging to treat, even when undergoing corrective hair transplant surgery, from extensive scarring and poor donor availability to previous procedures that have compromised the scalp.
Because in corrective surgery, the challenge isn’t just restoring hair, it’s working with what’s already there.
Watch till the end to understand what makes a corrective case truly complex.
🚨 THE HAIR-LOSS SUPPLEMENT INDUSTRY DOESN’T WANT YOU TO ASK THIS QUESTION.
Are you actually taking a supplement your hair needs or just taking something because it says “HAIR GROWTH” on the bottle?
With hair-loss supplements becoming a billion-dollar industry, it’s easy to get caught in the cycle of biotin, gummies, vitamins, powders and “hair growth” formulas.
But more supplements ≠ more hair.
Dr. Gaurang Krishna has taken a deep dive into the research behind the most commonly used hair-loss supplements — what has evidence, what may help when there’s a genuine deficiency, and what may simply be clever marketing.
Because when it comes to hair loss, you need to know WHY you’re losing hair before deciding WHAT to take.
🎥 Watch the reel as Dr. Gaurang breaks down what actually works and what doesn’t.
Stop guessing. Start understanding your hair loss.

Why does hair loss happen on the top, but the sides often stay thick? 🤔
Hair loss isn’t always random. In pattern hair loss, different areas of the scalp can have very different sensitivity to DHT (dihydrotestosterone).
The follicles around the hairline, temples, mid-scalp and crown can be more sensitive to DHT. Over time, this sensitivity can cause progressive follicle miniaturisation, the hair becomes finer, shorter and less dense with each growth cycle.
Meanwhile, hair follicles in the sides and back of the scalp are generally more resistant to DHT. This is why these areas often retain stronger, more stable hair even when the top starts thinning.
And this is also what makes the donor area so important in hair transplantation.
But here’s the catch:
Not every hair on the sides or back is automatically a good donor hair. Donor density, follicle stability, hair characteristics and the progression of hair loss all need to be assessed before planning restoration.
So if you’re noticing:
• A widening parting
• A receding hairline
• Crown thinning
• Increasing scalp visibility
• Finer hair than you had a few years ago
Don’t wait for significant hair loss to become obvious.
Understanding your pattern early can help you make more informed decisions about preserving and restoring your hair.

Donor area exhausted. Now what?
When the usual donor area doesn’t have enough grafts left, a hair transplant doesn’t necessarily mean the conversation ends there.
Dr. Rajeev explains which alternative areas can sometimes be considered as donor sources, including beard and other body hair, and the pros, limitations and trade-offs that come with each.
Because not every graft is the same, and not every donor area is suitable for every patient.
The goal isn’t simply to find more hair.
It’s to make the right use of the grafts available while keeping the result natural and sustainable.

YOUR HAIRLINE DOESN’T CHANGE OVERNIGHT.
BALDING USUALLY HAS A PATTERN.
What looks like a “maturing hairline” at 20 can gradually progress into visible hair loss by 30, 40 or beyond.
In just 30 seconds, Dr Gaurang Krishna breaks down the typical male pattern of hair loss, from the earliest changes at the temples to progressive recession and thinning at the crown.
Here’s what you’ll see:
→ Around 20s: The hairline may naturally mature and move slightly backwards.
→ Late 20s–30s: Temple recession can become more noticeable, especially if genetically predisposed.
→ 30s–40s: The crown may begin thinning alongside further hairline recession.
→ Later stages: The frontal and crown areas can progressively lose density, sometimes leaving a characteristic horseshoe-shaped pattern.
But here’s the important part: not every receding hairline means you’re going bald.
The speed and extent of hair loss can vary significantly from person to person, and genetics play a major role.
So if your hairline is changing, don’t wait for the pattern to become obvious.
Know your stage. Understand your pattern. Address it early.

Your parents worried about hair loss in their 40s. Gen Z is Googling it in their 20s 👀
So… what changed? Our lifestyles have.
Late nights. Constant stress. Restrictive diets. Irregular meals. Sedentary routines. And an endless cycle of trying to keep up.
But here’s the thing: hair loss isn’t always a lifestyle problem and it definitely isn’t always a genetics problem.
Hair shedding and thinning can have several possible causes, including genetic pattern hair loss, nutritional deficiencies, stress-related shedding, hormonal changes, scalp conditions and certain medical factors.
And that’s why the internet’s favourite solutions aren’t necessarily your solution.
More biotin. New shampoo. Hair oil. Another viral supplement.
Before treating the hair, understand the reason behind the change. Because sometimes the most important question isn’t:
If you’ve noticed increased shedding, a widening part, reduced density or changes in your hairline, don’t wait until everyone else notices.
Get to the root of it.
