There was a time when I was suffering from muscles pain, knee pain and avoid walking.

I used to keep several medicines in my bag like medicine for gastric problem, headache and some pain killer for leg pain………….

I had migraine and it gets severe with exposure of sunlight………

and with consistent efforts resolved all these health challenges naturally ……….

and completed Marathon run twice with my husband in the age of 44 Yrs……………..
