Thea, started by Shalini Nadkarni in Gurgaon, is a culmination of her long standing desire to open an outlet of a highly regarded skin treatments clinic run by her mother- Dolly Kapoor, for over 40 years in Delhi, which was always ahead of its peers yet run with a unique understated style. A style which attracted a discerning clientele for over three generations. After a decade long corporate life, Shalini joined her mother's business. Training closely with her mother, instilled a deep understanding of working as an esthetician for over 15 years now. Building on this, Shalini has trained with Bio Jouvance and Dermalogica, attended international workshops and industry forums. Today, she practices, and also teaches skin care and personal make up. At Thea, Shalini extends the same understated style as her mother, and offers a holistic approach to skin care and makeup- combining healthy living, home care, personal grooming, with latest 'non invasive' skin care techniques.
