Types of Primers and their uses:

Pore primer - blurs pores
Mattifying/blurring primer - blurs lines and textures
Oil primer - adds hydration (dry skin)
Oil control matte primer - controls shine (for oily skin)
Anti redness primer - mostly green to neutralise redness
Color correcting primer - peach/red used instead of color correctors
Glow primer - adds a hint of glow (for dull skin)
Glass finish primer - for a dewy finish
