We’ve stayed silent for a long time because we never wanted to create drama or gain attention through controversy. We wanted to protect our peace, our clients, and the positive environment we’ve built.

About the salon board—once the franchise was ended, changing the board was a normal business decision. We also paid for a full year, yet we were later asked to end the franchise just because she got jealous of the response we got and told us to vacate much earlier than we expected.
