🌸 How to Maintain Your Skin After a Facial 🌸

For the first 24–48 hours, stick to a gentle and minimal skincare routine.

Avoid makeup for 24 hours to let your skin breathe and recover.
☀️ 3. Avoid Direct Sun Exposure
Stay away from direct sunlight and always use broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30–50) when going outdoors.
🔥 4. Avoid Heat & Sweating
Avoid sauna, steam, hot showers, and intense workouts for 24–48 hours.
🚫 5. Avoid Harsh Active Products
Do not use retinoids, AHAs/BHAs, scrubs, or other strong active ingredients immediately after a facial.
🫧 6. Use a Gentle Cleanser
Cleanse your face gently—avoid rubbing, scrubbing, or using harsh cleansers.
💧 7. Moisturize Well
Keep your skin hydrated and nourished with a gentle, soothing moisturizer.
🌞 8. Never Skip Sunscreen
Sunscreen is especially important after a facial. Reapply every 2–3 hours when outdoors.
