Pleased to share highlights from our industry session, “𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 & 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” conducted at The KET's V. G. Vaze College of Arts, Science & Commerce (Autonomous).

Led by Gurpreet Singh (Senior Manager-Technical Services & Innovation), Srishti Arora (Sales Manager) & Neelam Mangtani (Assistant Manager-Business Development), the session explored how cosmetic formulation is evolving beyond ingredient selection—covering 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.

Position: B2B Sales Executive / Asst. Manager – HORECA
Location: Delhi NCR

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales professional to drive business growth across the HORECA segment — Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales across the HORECA and institutional segment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, chefs, purchase teams and key decision-makers
• Develop and manage distributors and channel partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Conduct regular client and distributor visits and negotiate commercial terms
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements

Candidate Profile

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in B2B, HORECA, FMCG or Food & Beverage sales
• Prior experience in distributor handling and channel management
• Strong understanding of the Delhi NCR HORECA market
• Existing HORECA and distributor network will be an added advantage
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Confident, proactive and result-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR
