Can I tell you the biggest lie I believed for years?
That taking care of myself was selfish.
Somewhere along the way, we’re taught that a good woman is the one who keeps giving...
Her time.
Her energy.
Her sleep.
Her love.
And then... if she takes just 10 minutes for herself...
She starts feeling guilty.
It took me years to realise that self-care isn’t a reward you earn after taking care of everyone else.
It’s what gives you the strength to take care of everyone else in the first place.
That’s why my skincare isn’t about looking fair or looking younger anymore.
It’s my little pause.
A reminder that I matter too.
And I truly believe every woman deserves at least ten minutes in a day...
Where she doesn’t have to be a mother,
a wife,
a daughter,
or a professional...
Just herself.
Because taking care of yourself isn’t selfish.
It’s necessary!
