While scrolling through old WhatsApp chats recently, I came across this conversation from a few years ago.
A customer messaged me:
"Wait... let me show you something quickly."
A few seconds later, she sent this photo.
An almost-empty bottle.
And one simple line:
"To use each drop!" ❤️
I remember smiling the day I received it.
Not because the bottle was empty...
But because someone believed in our product enough to make sure not even a single drop went to waste.
As founders, we often celebrate milestones—10 years in business, new launches, bigger facilities, better packaging.
But when I look back, I realize my real milestones were moments like these.
A customer who treasured every drop. A message sent without being asked. A quiet reminder that what we create becomes part of someone's everyday life.
As Sana's Herbs & Nature completes 10 years, I'm revisiting these little memories that shaped our journey.
They may seem small.
But to a founder, they mean everything.

This wasn't our current packaging.

It was one of our Vit-C Gold Serum bottles from 2022 or 2023. 🥹

For a moment, I was reminded of how far we've come.

Every label we've changed, every formula we've refined, every late night spent creating products with love... it's all part of this journey.

What touched my heart wasn't just the old bottle.

It was the fact that, after all these years, someone still remembered it. Still searched for it. Still wanted it.

As a founder, these are the moments that remind me why I started Sana's Herbs & Nature.

Our products don't just sit on shelves. They become a part of someone's daily life, someone's self-care routine, someone's story.
