| Do You Have Hypothyroidism? These 5 Diet Mistakes May Worsen Hair Fall! | PART 54

Do you have Hypothyroidism and feel like your Hair Fall is still increasing despite taking treatment?

Hair Fall in Hypothyroidism can be influenced not only by Thyroid Hormone levels, but also by inadequate nutrition, deficiencies, and overly restrictive eating patterns.

In this video, I explain:

• Why eating too little Protein can worsen Hair Fall
• How severe calorie restriction may affect Hair Growth
• Why Iron and Ferritin deficiency should not be ignored
• How low intake of Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Zinc, or Selenium may contribute
• Why taking unnecessary supplements or following extreme diets can backfire

Your Hair Follicles need enough Protein, calories, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and other nutrients to maintain a healthy Hair Growth Cycle.

Crash dieting, skipping meals, eating very little Protein, or cutting out multiple food groups unnecessarily can increase the risk of nutrient deficiencies and may worsen shedding.

At the same time, more supplements are not always better. High-dose Selenium, Zinc, or other supplements can also cause problems if taken unnecessarily.

Most importantly, if your Thyroid levels are not well controlled, correcting diet alone may not completely stop Hair Fall.

| Do You Have Hypothyroidism? Include These 5 Foods to Support Hair Growth and Reduce Hair Fall! | PART 53

Do you have Hypothyroidism and notice increased Hair Fall, thinning, or slower hair growth?

Hypothyroidism can affect the normal Hair Growth Cycle. Along with proper Thyroid treatment, getting enough Protein, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Selenium, and other nutrients is important for healthy hair.

In this video, I explain:

• 5 Foods that can support healthy Hair Growth
• Why Protein is important for Hair Follicles
• Which foods provide Iron and Zinc
• Why Selenium and Vitamin B12 matter
• Why nutrition alone may not completely stop Thyroid-related Hair Fall

Foods such as Eggs, Fish, Green Gram and other pulses, Nuts and Seeds, and Green Leafy Vegetables can provide important nutrients needed for healthy hair.

However, simply adding one particular food cannot guarantee new hair growth. Hair Fall may continue if your Thyroid levels are not well controlled or if you also have deficiencies such as low Iron, Vitamin B12, or Vitamin D.

If Hair Fall is severe, your ponytail is becoming noticeably thinner, or you develop patchy Hair Loss, proper evaluation may help identify other contributing causes.

| Has Your Hair Become Dry and Rough After Hypothyroidism? What Can You Do to Make It Softer Again? | PART 52

Has your hair become noticeably dry, rough, frizzy, or difficult to manage after developing Hypothyroidism?

Hypothyroidism can affect the normal Hair Growth Cycle and may also reduce natural oil production in the skin and scalp. Because of this, some people notice that their hair becomes drier, coarser, more brittle, and easier to break.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism can make hair dry and rough
• How to reduce excessive dryness and breakage
• Why gentle Hair Care is important
• Which nutrients are important for healthy hair
• Why correcting the underlying Thyroid problem also matters

Start by avoiding very hot water, frequent heat styling, harsh shampoos, and excessive chemical treatments. These can further strip moisture from already dry and fragile hair.

Use a gentle shampoo and follow it with a conditioner, especially on the mid-lengths and ends. A small amount of Hair Serum or Leave-In Conditioner can also help reduce friction, frizz, and breakage.

Adequate Protein, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and other nutrients are also important for healthy hair. But supplements should not be taken unnecessarily without checking whether you actually have a deficiency.

Most importantly, if your Thyroid Hormone levels are not well controlled, Hair Care products alone may not completely solve the problem. Proper Thyroid management and regular follow-up are important.

If you have severe Hair Fall, patchy Hair Loss, significant scalp changes, or persistent dryness despite good Hair Care and controlled Thyroid levels, further evaluation may be needed.

| Eyebrows Thinning or Falling Out? How Can You Regain Growth? | Hypothyroidism PART 51

Are your eyebrows gradually becoming thinner, especially toward the outer edges?

Eyebrow thinning can sometimes be associated with Hypothyroidism, particularly when thyroid hormone levels are not adequately controlled. However, Thyroid is not the only possible cause.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism can cause Eyebrow Thinning
• Why the outer part of the eyebrow may be affected
• Whether Eyebrows can grow back after Thyroid control
• Which nutritional factors may affect Hair Growth
• What to check if Eyebrow Growth is not improving

Thyroid hormones influence the normal Hair Growth cycle. When Hypothyroidism is inadequately controlled, eyebrow and scalp hair may become dry, coarse, thin, or shed more than usual.

If Thyroid dysfunction is contributing, eyebrow growth may gradually improve once thyroid hormone levels are appropriately controlled. However, regrowth takes time because hair follicles follow a natural growth cycle.

Adequate protein and overall nutrition are also important. Iron deficiency and other nutritional deficiencies may contribute to Hair Loss in some people.

If your TSH is well controlled but your eyebrows continue thinning, other causes such as Alopecia Areata, skin conditions, repeated plucking, nutritional deficiencies, or other hormonal factors should also be considered.

| Feeling Cold When Everyone Else Feels Warm? Hypothyroidism Could Be One Reason | PART 50

Do you frequently feel unusually cold even when everyone around you feels comfortable or warm?

Increased sensitivity to cold, known as Cold Intolerance, can be one of the symptoms of Hypothyroidism, especially when thyroid hormone levels are not adequately controlled.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism can make you feel cold
• How Thyroid hormones affect heat production
• Why checking your Thyroid levels matters
• What can help improve Cold Intolerance
• What to consider if symptoms continue despite normal TSH

Thyroid hormones play an important role in regulating metabolism and the body’s production of heat. When thyroid hormone activity is too low, some people may feel colder than usual, particularly in their hands and feet.

If you are already taking Thyroid medicine, take it consistently as prescribed and monitor your Thyroid levels as advised. Do not increase the dose yourself just because you feel cold.

Cold Intolerance may gradually improve once Hypothyroidism is appropriately controlled. However, the timeline varies from person to person.

If your TSH is well controlled but you continue to feel unusually cold, other possible causes such as anemia, Iron deficiency, inadequate calorie intake, or circulation-related problems may also need to be considered.

| Always Tired Despite Sleeping Well? Hypothyroidism Could Be One Reason | PART 49

Do you sleep for 7–8 hours but still wake up feeling tired and low on energy?

Persistent fatigue can be one of the symptoms of Hypothyroidism, especially when thyroid hormone levels are not adequately controlled.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism can cause persistent fatigue
• Why you may feel tired even after enough sleep
• Why checking Thyroid control is important
• What daily habits can support better energy
• What to consider if fatigue continues despite normal TSH

Thyroid hormones play an important role in regulating metabolism and energy use. When thyroid hormone activity is insufficient, you may experience tiredness, sluggishness, reduced exercise tolerance, and difficulty concentrating.

If you are already taking Thyroid medicine, take it consistently as prescribed and monitor your Thyroid levels as advised. Do not increase the dose yourself simply because you feel tired.

Adequate protein and overall nutrition, regular physical activity as tolerated, and good-quality sleep can also support energy levels.

If your TSH is well controlled but fatigue continues, Hypothyroidism may not be the only explanation. Poor sleep quality, Iron or Vitamin B12 deficiency, anemia, inadequate nutrition, and other health conditions may also need to be considered.

| Tingling & Numbness in Your Fingers? It Could Be Carpal Tunnel Syndrome | Hypothyroidism PART 48

Do you frequently wake up with numbness or tingling in your hands?

If the symptoms mainly affect the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring finger, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome could be one possible cause. Hypothyroidism is one of the conditions associated with an increased risk of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism can be associated with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
• Which fingers are commonly affected
• Why symptoms may become worse at night
• What can help reduce pressure on the nerve
• When numbness or weakness needs further evaluation

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome happens when the Median Nerve becomes compressed as it passes through the wrist. This can cause tingling, numbness, burning sensations, or pain in the hand.

Symptoms commonly affect the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring finger. The little finger is usually not affected.

Keeping the wrist in a neutral position, particularly during sleep, may help some people. A neutral wrist splint at night can also reduce symptoms in appropriate cases.

If you have Hypothyroidism, keeping your thyroid levels appropriately controlled is important. However, persistent numbness should not automatically be blamed on Thyroid.

If you develop increasing weakness, frequently drop objects, notice reduced grip strength, or the muscles around the thumb start becoming smaller, further evaluation is important.

| How Long Does Skin Take to Improve After Thyroid Control? | PART 47

If your Hypothyroidism is controlled, will your skin become normal again?

Dryness, roughness, dullness and facial puffiness can improve after thyroid hormone levels are adequately controlled, but skin changes usually do not disappear immediately.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism affects your Skin
• Whether Dryness and Dullness can improve
• How facial Puffiness may change
• Why improvement can take time
• What to consider if Skin problems continue despite normal TSH

Hypothyroidism can reduce sweating and affect normal skin function, contributing to dry, rough or dull-looking skin. Changes in the tissues can also contribute to facial and eyelid puffiness.

Once thyroid hormone levels are appropriately controlled, these changes may gradually improve over the following weeks to months. The exact timeline varies depending on the severity and duration of Hypothyroidism and other individual factors.

TSH becoming normal does not necessarily mean every skin symptom will disappear immediately. Skin and hair changes can take longer to recover.

If your Thyroid levels are well controlled but significant dryness, pigmentation, puffiness or other skin changes continue, other causes should also be considered rather than increasing your Thyroid medicine on your own.

| Face Shape Changed After Hypothyroidism? Here’s Why | PART 45

Does your face look rounder or puffier than before?

Do you notice swelling around your eyes, fuller cheeks, or feel like your Jawline has become less defined after developing Hypothyroidism?

When Hypothyroidism is not adequately controlled, changes such as fluid retention and characteristic tissue changes can make the face appear puffy.

In this video, I explain:

• Why Hypothyroidism can cause facial puffiness
• Why swelling may be noticeable around the eyes
• How Thyroid control can affect facial appearance
• What can help reduce puffiness
• When other causes of facial swelling should be checked

Getting your Thyroid levels appropriately controlled is important. As thyroid hormone levels normalize, thyroid-related puffiness may gradually improve, but changes may take time.

Adequate sleep, balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and managing excess salt intake when relevant can support overall health. However, these cannot replace appropriate Hypothyroidism treatment.

If your Thyroid is already well controlled but facial swelling continues, other causes such as kidney, heart, liver, medication-related, or allergic problems may also need to be considered.
