Naturally good Sicilian food Magamila is a country side in Sicily where the olive oil is produced. Magamila olive oil is organic and has a strong taste.
It comes from the mixture of Nocellara Biancolilla and Cerasola (the best olives in nature). its acidity is very low 0.02

Our early harvest extra virgin olive oil is a blend of three native Sicilian cultivars:
75% Nocellara Etnea: Originating near Mount Etna, this variety thrives in rich soil, giving our oil its robust body, vibrant fresh aroma, and classic peppery finish.
Biancolilla: Known for its elegance, this variety softens the intensity with smooth, delicate, and fruity floral notes.
Cerasuola: Adds depth, structure, and a balanced touch of bitterness, along with rich antioxidants.

Why do we harvest early?
We intentionally harvest our olives early, while they are still firm and green. Although this process yields a smaller quantity of olive oil it results in exceptional quality by preserving the highest concentration of polyphenols and antioxidants. 🫒
