I said I wanted Sub3h20min at BMW BERLIN-MARATHON and I did it.

I'm blessed with so much but I carried a lot of frustration over the past few months into this race and I could not be happier with todays result.

It was a fight today that started 8 weeks ago with my first proper marathon training block. Shoutout Coach Nini Oliveira for getting me ready for this race, and every other race since October 2025🫶🏼

Also big thank you to Jannis Reichmuth for your support multiple times throughout the race❤️

So many emotions and too little time to put into words.

Youtube video from this whole weekend coming soon.

Until next time ;)

The last 2 months have all been fully dedicated to preparing for the Berlin marathon.

2 years ago I ran 4:29 in Berlin.
I came back a year later and ran 3:38.
This year I'm back again with the most preparation I've ever had for a marathon.

The pressure I've put on myself for this race is more than I ever have before and from that, a diamond will emerge. Don't play with me. It's too easy.
