It's Friday and my son has his Christmas Fayre and I have donated a hamper of Forever products for the raffle.
I discovered the forever products through my best friend who was selling them and as Thomas has suffered with eczema since he was a baby she thought that some of the products may help him.
Well we have been using them now for 9 months and the whole family are all feeling the benefits of Aloe.

As we all know it's Monday and it's probably the least favourite day of the week.

This Monday I've decided to look at it in a more positive way. It's the start of a new week so let's start off on a positive note. Forget all the things you should have done last week if it was eating healthy or you should have gone to the gym or done that run.

Whatever it was draw a line under it don't beat yourself up and start the week on a positive note and set yourself some new goals for the week and go for it.

You can't change what you didn't do last week but you sure can achieve a lot this week with a positive attitude.

So get out there and grab Monday with both hands and show it what you're made of.

We've had a lovely afternoon celebrating my mums birthday with family. We had a lovely lunch and a good laugh.

Thought I'd make an effort and put some make up on and I've attached a photo of the before and after and what I used to achieve the look.

I've always been a named make up person the likes of MAC, Bobbi Brown Benefit the list is endless but I've started using the Forever Sonya make up range the main reason is that it doesn't aggregate my skin or eyes and so easy to apply.

It's Sunday morning and after the hectic week we've all had I felt the need for green juice and aloe today.

We've been very lucky this year and our apple tree is laden so some fresh apple juice from freshly picked apples some spinach also freshly picked from the garden some shots of aloe thrown in and we're ready to fight any bugs.

Thomas has drunk all of his and is looking for more.

Just love spending time with my little man mother son brunch this morning. Thomas tucking into a sausage sandwich.

It's Saturday and it looks like a lovely sunny weekend ahead for us here in Jersey.

I love Saturday mornings with my son just the two of us cuddle up on the sofa watching cartoons and chatting about all sorts. The main conversation this morning has been about monster trucks as we're off to watch them this afternoon.

So a busy day ahead for us today. Don't forget tonight is the final night for my online launch get involved as there are some games tonight where you could win a prize.

It's Friday and the weekend is nearly upon us.

My weekend will be filled spending time with people I love and care about, so a trip with my son to see the monster trucks stunt show and Sunday a family get together to celebrate my amazing mums 70th birthday. After this week and all the goings on with hospital trips for a poorly boy and no sleep don't know how I would have coped without my mum.

So this weekend don't take for granted those special moments and those special people that are always there for you no matter what.

Morning all

Well it's been a mad 24hrs my son was sent home from school as he was unwell which ended up with a trip to the hospital and being put on a nebuliser.

Thankfully we got sent home and all the hospital staff were amazing. One of the nurses who's son also had asthma enlighten me on some triggers for children that have asthma.

We all live in a world where you're encouraged to give your children reduced sugar and sugar free foods and drinks however those products are full of artificial sweeteners and chemicals which in some cases of asthma can actually trigger it.

So I've learnt that you can't avoid sugars and fats etc but you're probably better having these things in there natural state in small amounts then consuming loads of sugar free fat free reduced sugars reduced fats in large amounts. So everything in moderation.
