⏰ A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT LATENESS

We completely understand that sometimes life happens and running a few minutes late is unavoidable. 🤍

However, we kindly ask all clients to please arrive on time for their appointments.

Our days are carefully scheduled so that every client receives the time, care and attention they deserve. Even being 10–15 minutes late can have a knock-on effect on the rest of our appointments and leave other clients waiting.

✨ If you are late, we may need to shorten your treatment to ensure our next client isn’t kept waiting.

✨ If there is no longer enough time to safely or properly carry out your treatment, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and our cancellation policy will apply.

✨ Please allow a little extra time for parking and getting to the salon, particularly during busy periods.

We are aware of a lot of road closures around town at the moment so planning your trip and leaving that extra time is important.

We always do our very best to accommodate everyone, and we really appreciate the same respect being shown for our therapists’ time and the clients booked after you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ‼️❣️

Just a little update when booking nails online.. 💅

When booking as a new client and you have gel on please select “removal with reapplication” and then the service you wish to have.

If you are an existing client then please just select infill..

All infills are just with plain colour,

If you wish to have more then please select the with “basic nail art” option and then please send us some inspo pics.
At the moment , the girls don’t provide extravagant nail art as it takes too much time from there column and they also provide other services.

All appointments must be confirmed via Fresha at least 24hours before your appointment is to take place or else Fresha will remove the appointment from the system and it means we have to keep checking if you want the appointment also.

We really appreciate it when you confirm!!
