We are really pleased to announce that Annette McCann has won our Healthy Living Festival raffle prize! Our team look forward to welcoming Annette and all of our lovely visitors from the festival at the Jersey Chiropractic and Wellness Centre! 😁

The average human head weighs about ten to twelve pounds, but tilting it forward to check a phone multiplies the load on your neck several times over. That added strain builds up gradually, which is part of why neck and shoulder tension often shows up without any obvious cause. Bringing your screen up to eye level more often is a small change that can ease a lot of that pressure.

We are having a fab time at the Healthy Living Festival! Will you come and visit us @ stand 1? We will be here until 6 pm Saturday and all day Sunday 😁. Free massages, posture & spinal health screenings, and enter our prize draw to win a Chiropractic consultation or a 60 minutes massage!

October is National Chiropractic Health Month, and this year's theme is "Joint Efforts," a focus on joint health across a lifetime. Your joints carry you through everything, from morning stretches to weekend hikes, so this month is a good time to check in on how they're doing. Let's talk about what your joints need to keep serving you well.

Come and visit our team at the Healthy Living Festival this Friday to Sunday!

Each day leading up to the Healthy Living Festival Event at the Radisson on 2-4th October we shall be giving you information about our Exhibitors.

First up on Stand number 1 is Andrea Luckhurst from Jersey Chiropractic and Wellness Centre.
