This is a two-story house which has a living room with a small kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and a tatami room and a bedroom with two beds on the second floor. There is loft space that can be used for sleeping with futon above tatami room
. The second floor has Japanese paper sliding doors. They are made of special paper called Kyo-Karakami. Kyo-Karakami is like a type of woodblock print, it uses printing blocks hand-carved on magnolia wood with traditional patterns passed down from ancient times. Please handle them with care. If they are damaged, the guest will be charged for the repair.

This house in a very convenient location close to the major tour attractions in Kyoto however, it's still in quiet neighborhood. The closest public transport stations are JR Nijo Station and Subway Nijo station, both in the same place. There are many restaurants around including Sushi restaurant, Korean food, Ramen etc. Also ATM is available at nearby Bank ATM counter. Transport

Locking all the doors is guests`responsibility. Using loft area is allowed but if falling down from there is guests responsibility. If Fusuma and Shoji doors (all of them made of paper) we will charge the damage if occurs, from the deposit received prior to check in.
