International Relations students and practitioners will pay keen interest on William Ruto’s inaugural foreign mission as president. Analysis will be done on who will have formed part of his delegation and the statements he will make while out there because these will signal the direction his administration’s foreign policy is likely to take, how he plans to engage with the international community and which strategic partnerships he is likely to seek.
