👩‍🏫👨‍🏫 We’re looking for 3 male and 4 female Coaches to start in March 2026!Applicant Criteria
📅 Aged 18–25
🎯 Wants to become a sports and life skills coach
💛 Enjoys working with children and youth
📘 Available for Coach Training from 22 March - 26 March
🕐 Can work weekends or flexible hours
💼 Interested in part-time work and a 1-year contract
🤝 Can follow the Code of Conduct and safeguarding policy

Coach Responsibilities
✅ Deliver 90-minute rugby & life skills sessions
📅 12–16 sessions & 1 competition per season
👥 Attend monthly coach meetings
🕒 Part-time role (min. 9 hrs/week)
💰 Payment depends on the number of teams coached
🎓 Two trainings per year in rugby & life skills coaching
