Good morning.

Another day to keep in mind that;

-FATS are Essential

-PROTEINS are essential

BUT, there are NO essential carbs.

Carbs are NOT energy giving foods, FATS are.

Carbs are the only foods that when chronically eaten you have a disease/condition attached at the end, but when you don't eat them there's no deficiency condition.

I hope that this guides your diet.

Good morning.

It's Friday and most people run with the saying,"tupigie mwili pole".

Don't let your friends,workmates or your family members distract you from your purpose by buying you "one for the road".

Beer will get you FAT. It turns men into women because it promotes the conversion of testosterone to estrogen.

This is one of the reasons why we have low s***m count and low libido.

Why do you think you have that pot belly,those manboobs and even hips. Why do you think you get emotional all the time?

Alcohol has zero benefits to your health.

Whiskey or spirits will not burn belly fat or treat typhoid as you always say.

As they go drinking, we shall be fasting. We shall meet them on Monday going through the same cycle; broke and hangovered.

Don't lend them the money you have saved when fasting. They will not pay back!

Bonus;

Have you realized that one of the biggest alcohol selling companies in Kenya is using homosexuals to market its products?

Are you unable to read those signs?

Weightloss tips

We can all agree that there's an abundance of healthy foods out here.

Most of us were brainwashed to think or believe that a plate without carbohydrates doesn't make sense.
We've consumed those carbs for ages without knowing they have zero nutritional value.

There's NO essential carbs. There's no daily minimum requirement of carbohydrates.

The reason why we eat complex carbs is because they are broken down slowly and absorbed steadily and this will not cause an instant spike in our insulin levels in the system.(exactly what we need in order to burn fat and train our systems to be fat adapted).

Complex carbs are also rich in fibre that is indigestible but once they reach the large intestines, bacteria that reside here break them down. They act as food to these bacteria which in return, they give us healthy minerals and vitamins that we absorb. It is a symbiotic kind of relationship where we feed them and they feed us and provide immunity for us too.

Complex carbs also help us fight our simple carbs addiction as we wean off carbs slowly and surely.

Essential nutrients,minerals and fats are all in animal fats,fatty protein diets and vegetables.

Lean protein is not good for you because you can easily overeat it and remember once this happens, the body can absorb that and convert the excess of it into glucose in a process called gluconeogenesis; which means. Sourcing glucose from non carbohydrate compounds.

But the system tells you to eat lean meat!! Shame!.

The reason we eat fatty meat is because you cannot over eat fats and again fats are the only macronutrients that don't cause a spike in insulin levels in our blood.

Our goal to optimize weight loss and health has always been;

-Drop insulin to the lowest levels,

-Drop the stress hormone cortisol which causes an increase in blood insulin and finally

-Raise our growth hormone to help us burn fat and repair tissues.

Once you understand this, then combine it with fasting,sleep and the su
