IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati is a man under SIEGE after ONE more COMMISSIONER (Prof. Guliye) and the Commission's CEO Mr Marjan deserted him to JOIN the 4 DISSENTING Commissioners.

The TESTIMONY of these SIX during the SCoK hearing will no doubt convince the Judiciary THAT the August 15 declaration WAS a joke on Kenya's budding democracy and MUST be QUASHED, and declared NULL and VOID.

OUR prayer to the SCoK Bench to consider LEGISLATIVE provisions which allows it to EXAMINE ARITHMETIC ERRORS in the declared Presidential ELECTIONS RESULTS and invoke the powers granted IT by the CoK to ORDER the IEBC Chairman to DECLARE and ANNOUNCE Rt Hon Raila Odinga and Hon Martha Karua as the President-elect and Deputy President-elect respectively.

THIS prayer is based on FACTUAL determination as WELL as the PUBLIC OUTCRY of Kenyans reeling under the weight of TIGHT ECONOMIC situations. A repeat election will not ONLY be Punitive to the TAXPAYERS, but also grind the economic gains SO FAR realized to a halt.

I UNDERSTAND that the SCoK Bench is not BOUND to accept and HONOR ALL our prayers as we would WISH, but nevertheless, I remain optimistic THAT IT will deliver SOUND Solomonic JUDGEMENT setting a PRECEDENT in the LAW on the basis of Constitutional implementation.
