Many women dismiss these symptoms as "just normal." They could be signs of breast mastitis.
Is your breast painful, swollen, or unusually warm?
Have you noticed redness that won't go away?
Does breastfeeding or touching your breast cause severe pain?
Do you have fever, chills, or flu-like symptoms together with breast pain?
Are your ni**les cracked, sore, or leaking unusual discharge?
Does the pain or lump keep coming back despite treatment?
If you answered YES to any of these, don't ignore it. Early treatment can prevent serious complications.
WHAT MANY WOMEN IGNORE ABOUT BREAST MASTITIS
"It's just blocked milk"—but it may be an infection.
Delaying treatment can make the condition much worse.

OVARIAN CYST
Ovarian cysts can exist without symptoms
Hormonal Imbalance can contribute to the formation of certain types of cysts
Persistent pelvic pain is not normal and should not be ignored
Pain during s*x, painful periods, or lower back pain maybe related to an ovarian cyst
Frequent urination or constipation can occur if a large cyst pressures on nearby organs
Irregular menstrual flow bleeding maybe associated with hormonal problems or ovarian cysts
Recurrent Cysts are due to: hormonal imbalance, PCOS, endometriosis, certain fertility medications.

NO 8. NI**LE DISCHARGE
Upto 80% of women experience ni**le discharge
It's the 3rd most common breast- related complaint after breast pain and lumps.
It can happen in both breasts but discharge from only one breast is considered abnormal and requires urgent medical attention.
When to see a doctor- If the discharge:
Occurs spontaneously ( without squeezing )
Is bloody or pink
Affects only one breast
Is accompanied by a lump, skin dimpling, or ni**le changes
Precautions:
Stop squeezing
Wear a sports bra
Monitor
Seek care for infection
